At Casa Padre Wasson (our orphanage in Nicaragua) there is a project called "El buen samaritano " (The good Samaritan). There are several children with special disabilities: neurologic diseases, down syndrome, etc. The project helps children who live in the orphanage and children who live in the nearby communities whom parents have very low incomes and cannot afford a good nutritious plan. We provide therapy three times per week, and a can of powdered special milk per week to those children who have high levels of malnutrition . Right now, we need to buy 14 cans to support them.
