We have four nurses who have shifts of 24 hours each in our clinic in Nicaragua. They assist the doctor in our orphanage and also are responsible to give medication to sick children, to heal wounds, to bath those who are admitted in our clinic for a chronic illness, etc. Our nurses have a lot of patience, love and care for these children. We know that is not an easy job. That's why we are asking for your valuable help to get a monthly salary for those health workers who always seek the wellness of our “pequeños” (children).
