How is the need determined?

Each group of the children's village plans its need for the week or the month in accordance with the home director. The people responsible for the individual sectors like school, pharmacy, repair shops, kitchen, agriculture etc. inform MyGoodShop about what they need. But it can also happen that by way of exception something is urgently needed. This is also reviewed with the home director first and then published immediately on MyGoodShop. In general, our voluntary employee on site coordinates the reported need and respective prices with the people responsible at the purchasing department and the bookkeeping, and then publishes the requisition on MyGoodShop.
