Vegetable Oil

Our children's village in the Dominican Republic is a big family with more than 200 children and the 85 employees who are working directly with them. So our kitchen staff has to care for a lot of hungry mouths! Oil is one of the most important ingredients that we buy every month. Typical dishes such as rice, beans and meats all require a certain amount of vegetable oil. Without oil it just wouldn't be the same! Our home's kitchen uses 14 cans of oil per month.
