In our Home in Mexico we serve the children "nopales" (nopal cactus). This type of cactus is very rich in dietary fiber and contains a lot of vitamin A and C. We put it in salads or make "huevos con nopales" (scrambled eggs with nopal cactus). The Nopal is very typical to Mexico and you even can see it on the Mexican flag. Every month we need 40 kilos of nopal cactus in order to provide our children with healthy meals. Please support our children with your donation! Still needed: 6 Units
Green Tomatoes (28 kilos)
Tuna
Eggs (1 Box)
Lentils (10 kilos)
Zucchini (20 kilos)
